Hello, here are the 3 main pain points clients seem to have when restoring their hardwoods.

Firstly the time. “How long does it take?” When screening and recoating it usually takes about 2 hours to demo the old layer of finish and clean up. Two more hours for the first coat of finish to dry and after that we can add the second layer of finish. It will be ready for light foot traffic with socks on after about two hours. We usually give about an eight hour window before you can walk on the floors again with socks and another 24 hours for items with legs and 48 hours for area rugs. The product usually takes about 7 days to fully cure.

The second question is how much dust will there be? When we do a full sand we have vacuum’s to catch the dust from the big sander and the edger. When it comes to a screen and recoat There is usually very low dust that we can contain easily. When it comes to a wax removal and recoat there is no dust.

The third biggest question is how do you accept payment? We accept cash and any type of online payment. We utilize Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, and we even can send an invoice through our square app.
